Role Purpose
The Product Genius acts as a brand ambassador and customer experience specialist, providing in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and guidance to customers. This role emphasizes educating customers on vehicle features, technologies, and benefits to ensure an exceptional showroom experience and increased customer satisfaction, rather than focusing on sales-driven targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Education & Engagement
- Share passion for products and generate excitement about the brand without sales pressure.
- Make customers feel special and inspire them with product knowledge.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance to customers.
- Educate customers on vehicle features, technologies, and benefits.
Customer Experience & Demonstrations
- Conduct test drives to bring the driving experience to life for customers.
- Deliver demonstrations that showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Ensure an exceptional showroom experience.
Customer Needs Assessment & Consultation
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Provide customers with the most suitable vehicle options based on their individual needs.
Outcomes
