Role Purpose

Manage focused procurement support for specialist systems categories, ensuring effective supplier engagement, tender coordination, and evaluation support.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Execute sourcing support for assigned specialist categories.
• Conduct supplier identification, market engagement, and qualification coordination.
• Maintain supplier lists and prequalification records.

Tender Management

• Prepare category-specific tender documentation and return schedules.
• Coordinate technical queries and supplier responses.
• Coordinate evaluation inputs and support commercial comparisons.

Governance & Records

• Maintain procurement trackers, clarification logs, and evaluation records.
• Support recommendation papers and approval packs.
• Maintain complete procurement records.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–10 years of procurement experience in construction systems, building products, or specialist packages.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of tender processes, supplier prequalification, and technical evaluation coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle/SAP ERP, or e-sourcing or tender portal platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Governance awareness and commercial discipline.
• Ability to maintain complete procurement records.
