Role Overview

Process Improvement Engineer at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Develop and deliver process improvements across the organization by gathering and analyzing data, creating solutions that drive value, and supporting continuous enhancement of operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources to evaluate and analyze results.
• Gather and analyze data to effectively respond to new, complex, or problematic situations.
• Create solutions that drive value for the organization and its customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant.

Reporting & Decision Support

• Create reports to assist the decision-making process across various aspects of work.

Compliance & Governance

• Use understanding of the organization's business environment and objectives to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
• Serve as lead auditor to tutor, assist, and evaluate internal auditors.

Communication

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.

Planning & Organization

• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.

Systems & Tools

• Understand and effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, and software.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in national and foreign languages, both spoken and written.
