Role Purpose

To craft bespoke travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals by building deep relationships with members, curating personalized itineraries, managing client acquisition, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless, transformative journeys that create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop deep expertise in each member's preferences and become a trusted advisor.

Itinerary & Experience Curation

• Design bespoke travel plans for high-net-worth individuals, reflecting their unique preferences and requirements.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to develop unique experiences.
• Work with concierge services, destination specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.

Client Acquisition & Networking

• Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services.
• Leverage existing networks and expand the client base through regular networking.

Event Development

• Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings and engage with members.
• Enhance the visibility of services provided.

Industry Knowledge & Partnerships

• Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends to continuously enhance service quality.
• Leverage and expand strong relationships with Destination Management Companies to ensure premium on-the-ground service.
• Foster long-term collaborations in key destinations.

Operations & Discretion

• Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
• Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders in both languages.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes and challenges with grace and efficiency.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
• Proficiency in using advanced travel management software, GDS, and luxury travel tools.
• Strong ability to adapt to new challenges, tools, and methodologies in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Ability to transition seamlessly through change without compromising service excellence.

Additional Information

Work Arrangement

• Located in United Arab Emirates.
• Hybrid working arrangement required if commutable distance to office; minimum 2 days per week in office.
• Fully remote working options available for candidates outside Dubai.
• Secure home office required at confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
• Minimum internet speed requirements apply and will be verified during recruitment and on joining.
• Availability to provide round-the-clock service to clients, as needed.
