Role Overview

Presenter & Producer - Radio at Emrb, responsible for developing and delivering engaging radio programming focused on economic and business topics.

Role Purpose

To create and deliver high-quality radio content that informs and engages audiences on economic and business matters, while building community relationships and audience loyalty through multimedia content and direct listener engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Production

• Develop compelling content ideas and segments for radio shows, podcasts, and other multimedia platforms.
• Write scripts and prepare interview questions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality audio production and timely delivery of content.

On-Air Presentation

• Prepare and present engaging radio programs focused on economic and business topics.
• Deliver insightful commentary, analysis, and interviews with industry experts and thought leaders.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research to stay updated on current events, market trends, and economic developments.

Audience Engagement & Relations

• Interact with listeners through phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
• Respond to listener queries, feedback, and comments to build a loyal audience base.
• Attend public events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote the radio station and engage with the community.
