Role Purpose
Ensure optimal functionality and safety of all plumbing systems throughout the property by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, responding to guest requests, and maintaining plant rooms and equipment to luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, and sanitation fixtures.
- Inspect and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
- Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and valves.
- Maintain and service water filtration, softening, and treatment systems.
Guest & Facility Support
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests related to plumbing issues.
- Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment, and Work areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
- Secondary education required.
- Vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical skills in trade.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of safety and building systems.
