Planogrammer

Role Overview

Planogrammer at Alghanim Industries. The role is responsible for planning and implementing planograms across specific showrooms while supporting the organization's product display and merchandising strategy.

Role Purpose

Oversee the strategic layout and arrangement of products within designated retail spaces, ensuring optimal visual merchandising, effective space utilization, and enhanced customer shopping experience through adherence to planogram standards.

Key Responsibilities

Planogram Implementation and Management

• Implement the planogram across all shelf locations.
• Collect Phase in and Phase out briefs from the product management team.
• Implement product briefs on Planogram software.

Space Optimization and Display

• Effectively manage retail space for specific showrooms.
• Recommend changes in display and creative ways to arrange products to improve customer shopping experience.

Reporting

• Assist in developing periodic reports on utilization of planogram space, last units, and display products.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Two to four years of experience in merchandising and planogramming.

Skills & Competencies

• Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English (essential) and Arabic (preferred).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and planogram software, including JDA.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills under pressure.
