Role Overview

Pilates Coach – Female Studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Sucafina. This is a new premium female-only Pilates Studio located in the heart of Riyadh.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions while creating an inspiring and inclusive environment for studio members. Help clients of all levels improve posture, flexibility, and overall strength while promoting body awareness and confidence through mindful movement.

Key Responsibilities

Class Delivery

• Conduct Reformer and Mat Pilates classes for individuals and groups.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging sessions aligned with studio standards.

Client Support

• Provide personal guidance, corrections, and progression plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Support the studio team with member engagement and event participation.

Studio Operations

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Maintain a motivating, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
• Support class scheduling.

Brand Representation

• Represent the studio's brand and values through professional communication and client care.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Pilates Instructor through one of the following recognized schools: STOTT Pilates (Merrithew), Balanced Body, or BASI Pilates.
• Experience teaching Reformer and/or Mat Pilates in boutique studios or fitness clubs.
