Photographer & Videographer (Abu Dhabi)

Role Overview

Driven Properties is seeking a Photographer & Videographer to join the Marketing team in Abu Dhabi. You will produce high-quality visual content that showcases luxury residential and commercial properties across digital and print platforms.

Role Purpose

To create engaging photography and video content that enhances the Driven Properties brand, drives property enquiries, and supports marketing campaigns and sales efforts across luxury residential and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Capture high-quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
• Produce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media content.
• Create short-form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Apply colour grading and visual effects to align with brand standards.

Equipment & Operations

• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed).
• Manage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organise, archive, and maintain digital media files.

Collaboration & Brand Compliance

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with Driven Properties' brand standards.
• Work closely with marketing team and sales agents to produce content that enhances brand and drives property enquiries.

Project Management & Development

• Manage multiple shoots and deliver high-quality content within agreed deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniques.
• Work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably within the real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production work.
• Drone licence (GCAA) is an advantage but not essential.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
