Pharmacist

Role Overview

Pharmacist at Ninja. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and is part of our commitment to revolutionizing healthcare and patient interaction.

Role Purpose

Dispense medications accurately while providing personalized patient care and clinical oversight. You will ensure optimal treatment outcomes through medication counseling, collaboration with healthcare providers, and ongoing monitoring of patient health.

Key Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing & Compliance

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Patient Care & Counseling

• Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.

Clinical Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Training & Education

• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Qualifications & Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
