Pharmacist

Role Overview

Pharmacist at Ninja. The role involves dispensing medications and providing personalized care and advice to patients to ensure the best possible outcomes from their treatments.

Role Purpose

Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients on treatments and side effects, collaborating with healthcare providers on medication management, and maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing & Compliance

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Patient Care & Counseling

• Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.

Collaboration & Treatment Planning

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Training & Education

• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Qualifications & Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
