Role Overview
Pest Controller (Lead) at V2X, physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC.

Role Purpose
Under the supervision of the Pest Management Supervisor, the Pest Controller Lead assigns work to and oversees Pest Controllers while ensuring safety practices are followed and delivering residential, commercial, and industrial pest management services for WEXMAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership
- Assign work to and oversee work being accomplished by Pest Controllers.
Safety & Compliance
- Assure safety practices are followed.
- Comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
- Ensure employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for situations requiring head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
Pest Management Operations
- Deliver residential, commercial, and industrial pest management services.
- Operate industry-particular equipment safely and efficiently for WEXMAC.
- Maintain knowledge of laws governing the application of controlled and non-controlled pesticides and herbicides.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate work and inspections with facility managers and occupants.
Documentation & Research
- Research materials and prepare necessary documents.
Emergency Response
- Respond to emergency service calls during regular hours or after-duty on-call hours.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Pest Control field.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must possess a valid and current DoD or State Pesticide Applicator License.
- One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
Skills & Competencies
- Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Able to use computer-automated systems to perform assigned duties.
Additional Information
Working Conditions
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (hot, dry, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees Fahrenheit in winter and 130 degrees Fahrenheit in summer months).
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Includes some industrial production environment conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- If use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
