Role Overview
Pest Controller position at V2X, physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC.

Role Purpose
Deliver pest management services across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities while ensuring safety practices are followed and emergency service calls are handled during regular and on-call hours. Operate industry-specific equipment safely and efficiently in support of WEXMAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pest Management Services
- Deliver residential, commercial, and industrial pest management services.
- Operate industry-specific equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of laws governing the application of controlled and non-controlled pesticides and herbicides.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate work and inspections with facility managers and occupants.
- Respond to emergency service calls during regular hours and after-duty on-call hours.
Safety & Compliance
- Assure safety practices are followed.
- Comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
Documentation & Research
- Research materials and prepare necessary documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; copy of diploma must be provided.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the Pest Control field; one year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- At minimum, must hold at least one of three licenses/certifications: US State-issued Commercial Pesticide Applicator, US State-issued Non-Commercial Pesticide Applicator, or US Department of Defense-issued Pesticides Applicator.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License required.
- Must obtain respiratory program certification within the 90-day probationary period and annually thereafter.
- License/Certificate must be current while employed and renewed prior to expiration; company will forward License/Certificate to the Armed Forces Management Board for verification.

Additional Information
Working Conditions
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work occurs in indoor and/or outdoor environments with very adverse and harsh conditions, including hot, dry, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in winter and 130 degrees in summer months.
- Includes some industrial production environment conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where potential exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents could exist.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations, including head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
