Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Own KPIs and continuously optimize paid media.

Analytics & Measurement

• Monitor marketing analytics and dashboards using GA4 and Looker.
• Develop attribution modeling and measurement strategies.
• Translate analytics into actionable plans.

Optimization & Testing

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation.
• Scale channels that deliver the best customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to all initiatives.

Strategic Planning

• Set clear KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Make data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate across functions to increase qualified pipeline and revenue.
