Role Overview

PDI Coordinator at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE. The role coordinates the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process and ensures all vehicles are checked, cleaned, and ready for customer delivery on time while meeting dealership quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

PDI Process Coordination

• Collect all PDI lists from relevant showrooms and compile the list for submission to Logistics.
• Coordinate with PDI and Recoveries teams for all deliveries and accessory fitment.
• Check all cars upon arrival and before delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
• Receive cars from recovery trucks to prevent and decrease fines.

Delivery Management

• Prioritize deliveries to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Organize delivery parking and arrange showroom displays and replacements upon vehicle deliveries.

Documentation & Administration

• Stock Transfer notes to accompany all vehicles.
• Create all Internal Purchase Orders and push for processing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher Secondary qualification.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.
