Parts Picker

Role Overview

Parts Picker at Alghanim Industries. This is a warehouse-based position responsible for filling customer requests and preparing spare parts for delivery in compliance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

Role Purpose

Pick, count, organize, and prepare spare parts for customer orders and shipment. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders while maintaining warehouse security and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Accurately pull spare parts from bins and racks according to customer requests.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of spare part is loaded.
• Verify completeness and correctness of all orders filled before handover to the delivery platform.

Receiving and Stocking

• Accurately collect and count spare parts upon receipt.
• Allocate spare parts properly to designated bins and racks.
• Return spare parts to proper locations after pulling them for sales orders.

Labeling and Preparation

• Make labels for each item and apply them properly on spare parts.
• Repack and weigh orders that require such handling when necessary.

Quality and Inventory

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Advise supervisor immediately if any discrepancy is found when pulling orders.

Warehouse Operations and Safety

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and prevents product damage.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

Qualifications & Experience

• Two years of warehouse experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to read and write in English (required); Arabic is a plus.
• Hard worker with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with collaborative approach.
