Role Overview
Parts Picker at Al Ghurair, based in the United Arab Emirates. The Parts Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing automotive parts for shipment or delivery.

Role Purpose
This role involves locating parts within the warehouse, verifying part numbers and quantities, and ensuring orders are filled correctly to support service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking
- Pull automotive parts from designated bin locations based on pick tickets, work orders, or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition against the order.
Receiving & Inspection
- Unload incoming parts and materials.
- Inspect for damage and verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips.
Inventory Management
- Stock parts in assigned locations following safe storage practices (heavy items low, light items high).
- Assist with cycle counts and report discrepancies or low-stock items.
Packing & Shipping
- Properly package, label, and stage picked parts in designated shipping or delivery areas.
Equipment & Safety
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety regulations.
