Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets while maintaining counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, and ensuring high standards of grooming and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to establish strong loyalty.
• Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, and meet or surpass expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.

Reporting & Tracking

• Generate daily sales reports.
• Track sell-out targets at store level.
• Track post-launch sales at store level.
• Participate in achieving incentives.

Merchandising & Stock Management

• Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
• Ensure stock receipt complies with set procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Two years of experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
