Outsystems Developer ( Lead )

Role Overview

BlackStone eIT is seeking an Outsystems Developer (Lead) to elevate development teams and drive initiatives crucial to clients' success while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Role Purpose

To provide technical leadership on Outsystems projects, deliver high-quality applications aligned with business requirements, mentor development teams on best practices, and ensure successful execution of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Innovation & Growth

• Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Outsystems certification(s) highly regarded.
