Role Purpose

The Outlet Manager ensures SEEN Rooftop Restaurant operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service standards, high-quality food and beverage experiences, and achieving revenue and profitability targets in line with Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and Minor Hotels luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operation of SEEN Rooftop Restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Implement and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities to the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor guest flow and seating to maximize capacity while maintaining service excellence.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Reservations, and other hotel departments.

Guest Experience

• Deliver memorable and personalized guest experiences.
• Build relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor online guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Ensure Tivoli and Minor Hotels luxury service standards are consistently maintained.

Financial Performance

• Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Control payroll, operating expenses, and cost of sales.
• Monitor beverage cost and food cost in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Cost Controller.
• Analyze daily sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Drive upselling and promotional activities to maximize average spend per guest.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the outlet team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure proper scheduling to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.
• Promote teamwork and employee engagement.

Beverage & Lifestyle Experience

• Work closely with the Bar Manager and Executive Chef to develop innovative food and beverage offerings.
• Ensure the outlet maintains its reputation as Muscat's premier rooftop dining destination.
• Support seasonal promotions, entertainment programs, and special events.
• Ensure consistency in music, lighting, ambience, and overall guest atmosphere.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Oman Municipality regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the outlet.
• Ensure all team members comply with grooming and uniform standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end standalone restaurant.
• Experience managing rooftop, lifestyle, or premium dining concepts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.

• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
