Outbound Supervisor

Role Overview

Outbound Supervisor at Ninja. The role oversees daily outbound warehouse operations and ensures orders are picked, consolidated, staged, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Role Purpose

Supervise the outbound team, manage manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, consolidation, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor order accuracy, productivity, throughput, backlog, and on-time dispatch.
• Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity.

Manpower & Performance

• Allocate manpower based on workload, order volume, and shift requirements.
• Monitor team attendance, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare shift reports and follow up on performance improvement actions.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, and temperature-sensitive products.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, outbound, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with WMS and warehouse operational systems.
• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
