Role Overview
Operator & License Owner for Stranger Soccer in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to launch, manage, and grow the Stranger Soccer football platform locally while operating as an entrepreneurial leader within an established international brand.

Stranger Soccer makes playing football simple, flexible, and accessible through a mobile app that allows players to discover nearby games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer operates in 10+ cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.
Role Purpose
To launch and build a thriving local football operation in Riyadh by establishing partnerships, recruiting and supporting team members and Official Hosts, driving community growth, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering an outstanding player experience while shaping the direction of the local business.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Riyadh from inception through operational maturity
- Grow the platform and active community of players in the city
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
Partnerships & Operations
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
Community & Marketing
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Build and lead a growing network of players and Official Hosts
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to shape local strategy while working within an established brand framework
