Role Overview
Operator & License Owner for Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to launch, manage, and grow the Stranger Soccer football platform locally while benefiting from systems and support from Singapore headquarters.

Stranger Soccer is a Singapore-founded platform that makes playing football simple, flexible, and accessible through a mobile app. Players discover nearby games, book a spot, and turn up to play. The company currently operates in 10+ cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.
Role Purpose
To lead the launch and growth of Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City by building local partnerships, recruiting and supporting hosts and team members, driving marketing initiatives, and delivering an exceptional player experience while operating as a semi-autonomous local business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Expansion
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
- Grow the active community of players
Partnerships & Venues
- Build partnerships with football venues
- Secure quality playing locations
Team & Community Management
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Lead a growing network of players and Official Hosts
Marketing & Growth
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
Operations & Player Experience
- Oversee game operations
- Deliver an outstanding player experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
