Role Overview
Operator & License Owner for Stranger Soccer in Jeddah. This role leads the launch, management, and growth of the Stranger Soccer football platform locally while operating as an entrepreneurial owner of the operation.

Stranger Soccer is a Singapore-founded platform that makes playing football simple, flexible, and accessible through a mobile app. Players discover nearby games, book spots, and turn up to play. The company now operates in 10+ cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games. Expansion is underway globally.
Role Purpose
To launch, build, and operate a thriving local football community in Jeddah by leveraging Stranger Soccer's platform, systems, and support while establishing partnerships, recruiting team members, driving marketing, and delivering exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Jeddah from inception
- Grow the platform and operations in the local market
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
Partnerships & Venues
- Build partnerships with football venues
- Secure quality playing locations to support game operations
Team & Community Management
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Lead a growing network of players and Official Hosts
Marketing & Player Acquisition
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players
- Grow an active community of players in Jeddah
Operations & Player Experience
- Oversee game operations
- Deliver an outstanding player experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to shape local operations independently while leveraging headquarters support
