Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing machines, and Wholemberg gathering machines.
• Operate cutting machines as part of finishing production.
• Set up and configure automatic die cutting machines based on job specifications and material type.
• Set up and configure foiling machines based on job specifications and material type.
• Set up and configure embossing machines based on job specifications and material type.
• Set up and configure Brausee folder gluer machines based on job specifications and material type.
• Set up and configure bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specifications and material type.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment.
• Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standards.

Maintenance

• Perform routine cleaning of machines.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Identify and escalate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team.
