OPERATOR

Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support quality inspection and production line operations by ensuring product conformity to specifications, maintaining equipment standards, and complying with safety and environmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector.
• Ensure conformity of product requirements with standard finished goods specifications.

Equipment & Setup

• Set the machine properly.
• Perform size changes.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.

Material Handling

• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received, returned, and transferred to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley, and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Reporting & Communication

• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE Officer.
• Participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
