Role Purpose

Monitor and operate printing production processes around the clock, ensuring finished products meet quality standards and maintaining equipment functionality while meeting key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Fill production reports.
• Follow up printing process around the clock.
• Assign tasks to helpers according to job needs.
• Drive to reach KPI targets.

Quality Control

• Check finished product size, print registration, repeat, color matching, and visual defects such as dots and ink touch.
• Provide roll samples to QC for quality control.
• Report quality defects to QC and Team Leader / Lead Operator.

Maintenance & Problem Resolution

• Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the Team Leader / Lead Operator.
• Report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or damage to machine parts.

Documentation

• Fill and sign roll and pallet labels.
