Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery in accordance with work instructions while ensuring safe operation, production consistency, and quality standards through effective troubleshooting, documentation validation, and workplace organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Machine Management

• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to ensure a safe and sound runnability.
• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.

Quality & Compliance

• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Workplace Organization

• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding work place.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma (preferred)
• 1 year experience in related tasks
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English
