Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions while ensuring document compliance, quality standards, and workplace organization to minimize downtime and maintain production consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Documentation

• Validate availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.

Machine Operation & Troubleshooting

• Operate machine as per Work Instruction to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Quality Assurance

• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to enable necessary action.

Team & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma (preferred).
• One year of experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English.
