Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, managing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and supervising support staff to ensure consistent output and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Documentation

• Validate availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.

Machine Operation & Safety

• Operate machine as per Work Instruction to ensure safe and sound runnability.

Quality Assurance

• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to enable necessary corrective action.

Problem-Solving & Efficiency

• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Team & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma, preferably.
• 1 year experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
