Role Purpose

Coordinate daily operational activities and service delivery while ensuring compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and operational standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate daily operational activities and service schedules
• Support the Operations team in resolving day-to-day challenges
• Monitor service delivery and ensure operational standards are met

Communications & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams

Reporting & Record Management

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role
• Pest control or facilities-management experience is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Additional Information

• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
