Operate broadcast control systems and ensure smooth, accurate execution of on-air programming by managing technical operations, troubleshooting equipment, and responding to director instructions.

Operations & Technical Execution
- Operate Avid Broadcast Control System and its affiliates.
- Cross-check and ensure smooth and accurate running order.
- Interpret director instructions and perform accordingly.
Preparation & Quality Assurance
- Conduct rehearsals before bulletin or program.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot BCS machines when required.
- Learn effective ways of dealing with crashes or failures and fix them.
