Role Purpose

Support financial operations and accounting functions across the organization, handling non-trade accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure reconciliations are completed.
• Prepare and review financial documentation and supporting schedules.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Compile financial data for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Support audit processes and provide documentation to auditors.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor internal controls and flag discrepancies or irregularities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Stakeholder Support

• Respond to financial inquiries from internal departments and management.
• Coordinate with other accounting team members and external parties.
• Provide timely information to support business decision-making.
