Role Purpose

Oversee overnight hotel operations and deliver memorable guest experiences by managing nightly audits, financial reconciliation, team supervision, and emergency response during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Audit

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation by ensuring complete and accurate posting and reconciliation of the day's financial activity across departments.
• Verify accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.

Process Improvement & Analysis

• Analyze reporting anomalies and assess root causes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy and improve processes.

Operations & Guest Support

• Support overnight operations and partner with team members to handle guest issues.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and support team members.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
