Multi Technician

Role Overview

Multi Technician position with Deluxe Holiday Homes, a property maintenance organization. The role is based at company-managed rental properties and offices.

Role Purpose

Preserve the good condition and functionality of premises by performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks including MEP, HVAC installations, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool and air conditioner work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Conduct all types of fixes, repairs and replacements including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner work.
• Complete basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company-managed rental properties or offices.
• Perform emergency attendance to properties during off-hours (including Friday and night-time) to prevent emergencies and provide temporary solutions such as water leakage repairs.

Property Management

• Prepare or assist in preparing properties to ready-for-occupancy condition.
• Prepare inspection reports when required.
• Perform office and interior home maintenance or other property management functions as needed and requested by supervisor.

Reporting & Documentation

• Report work performed, time spent, parts used and next steps needed if necessary.
• Maintain and keep log of own inventory.
• Report all expenses and consumed materials to supervisor in proper manner.

Asset & Resource Management

• Keep maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.
• Maintain and update supply inventory.
• Safeguard all supplies, equipment and tools.

General

• Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by management.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
