Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

Role Overview

Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician at Burjline Builders. The role performs preventive, corrective, and reactive electromechanical maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.

Role Purpose

Support reliable operation of electromechanical systems by performing planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and responding to technical work orders across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electromechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Respond to technical faults and work orders.

Inspection & Reporting

• Conduct routine equipment and system inspections.
• Identify and report defects and maintenance requirements.

Coordination

• Coordinate complex issues with supervisors and engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years' total experience.
• 3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and cooling knowledge.
• Good electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred.

Additional Information

• Relevant professional technical certifications preferred.
