MRI Radiographer

Role Overview

MRI Radiographer position at King's College Hospital London – Dubai, a world-class healthcare environment seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional with strong background in MRI imaging to join the advanced Radiology team.

Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality diagnostic MRI imaging with particular expertise in Cardiac MRI, ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining strict adherence to international standards and departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Imaging

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations with particular focus on Cardiac MRI.
• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment in line with departmental protocols and international standards.

Patient Care & Safety

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and excellent clinical care throughout the imaging process.
• Ensure all MRI safety protocols are strictly followed, including screening of patients and staff.

Collaboration & Protocol Development

• Work collaboratively with cardiologists, radiologists, and the wider clinical team to optimize imaging workflows.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cardiac MRI protocols and quality assurance processes.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory and hospital guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Radiography or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of MRI experience, including hands-on experience performing Cardiac MRI.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
