MPM - PMC - Administrative Coordinator (Outsource Role)

Role Overview

Administrative Coordinator (Outsource Role) at ADIB, located in the UAE.

Role Purpose

Assist the PMC team with weekly, monthly, and yearly reconciliations for SZHP, DOF, and FTA business; manage case registrations, document uploads, payment processing, invoicing, reporting, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Professional Standards

• Provide a high level of customer service and care.
• Present the company in a professional manner in all business interactions.

Process & Systems Management

• Analyze and document business processes and problems to develop solutions that enhance efficiencies.
• Monitor exposure to risk and compliance within the development advisory department.

PMC Operations

• Register and progress payments, valuations, invoices, and FTA cases using Shareholder, Excel, and Oracle systems.
• Register project files using Shareholder, Excel, and Oracle systems.
• Perform SZHP, DOF, and FTA reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare business monthly reports including Performance Indicator KPI, pending cases, and under-process cases reports.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and follow up on all departmental emails.
• Contact customers and clients based on business needs.
• Ensure high standards of report output and quality control.

Professional Development

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor University Degree.
• Accounting knowledge.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Good to advanced Microsoft programs knowledge.
• Oracle system proficiency.
