MPM -Junior Valuer (Outsource)

Role Overview

Junior Valuer (Outsource) at ADIB, Dubai.

Role Purpose

To carry out inspections, draft and write reports for residential and commercial properties under supervision, conduct market research, and produce high-standard valuation reports and market studies while delivering excellent customer service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Valuations and Market Study

• Draft reports under the supervision of MRICS.
• Ensure a high standard of inspection and report output.
• Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases.
• Apply knowledge of RICS/IVSC Valuation Professional Standards (the "Red Book").
• Apply knowledge of the three methods of valuation.
• Develop knowledge of the property market, including economic drivers, supply and demand.

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Provide a high level of customer service and care.
• Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
• Encourage cross-selling with other departments.

Compliance & Risk

• Maintain awareness of potential exposure to risk.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for the valuation department.

Professional Development

• Pursue self-development and continuing personal development.
• Undertake valuation-related training.
• Pursue APC enrollment where preferrable.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree preferred in Real Estate Valuation.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Market knowledge preferrable.
• Financial modelling skills preferrable.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
