MOH Tender Support Specialist (Al Qassim & HAIL)

Role Overview

MOH Tender Support Specialist for Al Qassim & Hail region at Danaher, supporting medical supplies distribution and NUPCO tender operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Ensure seamless execution of MOH and NUPCO tender operations across the Al Qassim and Hail territories by managing deliveries, resolving supply chain issues, coordinating warehouse activities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet revenue targets and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Appointment Management

• Assist the Bid Manager and team in creating ASNs in the iNUPCO system with full awareness of appointment procedures.
• Take appointments from all medical supplies in the area before the end of each quarter to ensure required revenue targets of the NUPCO tender are recognized per company expectations.
• Follow up on NUPCO files at different medical supplies to ensure all invoices are processed and ready for payment.

Delivery & Warehouse Operations

• Be present upon deliveries and ensure receipt is granted for goods from MOH medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses.
• Visit medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries in the territory.
• Follow up with the Riyadh warehouse team to place stickers on reagents.
• Understand new NUPCO operation requirements and take the lead on fulfilling those requirements.

Issue Resolution & Compliance

• Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries with MOH medical supplies across the Kingdom and NUPCO warehouses.
• Assist the Finance function with collection-related issues.

Coordination & Relationships

• Collaborate efficiently with all area team members and help them achieve financial targets by coordinating with the Riyadh warehouse and the area operation team to ensure smooth delivery of all MOH orders and Marketplace purchase orders.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders responsible for receiving NUPCO shipments under the new NUPCO operation.
• Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision-makers in major accounts and identify key opportunities to ensure business directions are aligned and Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.

Inventory & System Management

• Manage inventory follow-up with the CSR team to place purchase orders in the Oracle system.
• Distribute items to regions and manage inventory coordination.

Additional Tasks

• Perform other tasks as assigned, including assistance with collection and government-related tasks as needed.
