Role Purpose

Train and assess trainees in mobile crane operation, leveraging extensive field experience and expertise in heavy equipment operation to develop competent crane operators.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Assessment

• Conduct testing and training of trainees in mobile crane operation.
• Develop competencies in trainees through hands-on instruction and evaluation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4 years field experience as mobile crane operator.
• Diploma in Crane Operation or crane technology related specialties.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Technical, Trade, or Vocational studies.

Skills & Competencies

• Mobile crane operation expertise.
• Heavy equipment operation proficiency.
• Strong competencies in testing and training trainees.
