Role Purpose

Provide outstanding guest service and mixology to ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable experience with every visit.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Answer guests' questions about venues, menus, and pricing.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes and take their orders.
• Deliver beverage orders promptly.
• Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure they are correct, properly presented, and that special requests have been met.

Beverage Preparation

• Follow given drink recipes when dispensing drinks.
• Garnish beverages as needed per company standards and recipes.
• Be aware of portion control and product identification.

Guest Management & Compliance

• Be responsible for accurately checking guest identification.
• Provide service to beverage runners in a timely manner.
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and country laws.

Operations

• Organize and prioritize service per appropriate sequence of service.
• Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions.
• Process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps, and all other tender types.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School Graduate.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

• Very good English level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
