Role Overview

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer at TAWANTECH. The role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in an on-premises environment.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and deliver robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business requirements, with expertise in full-stack development, system integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Create custom workflows and plugins using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Build both front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless user experience and robust backend performance.

Integration & APIs

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications through REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Establish and maintain reliable data flows between Dynamics 365 CRM and external platforms.

Data & System Management

• Execute data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) database design, optimization, and administration.

Performance & Security

• Design and deliver solutions with focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system functionality issues.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) development.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Practical experience with data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades.
• Experience in banking or enterprise sectors is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack development.
• Expert-level C# and .NET framework development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially for integration and system functionality issues.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git Repository for source code management.
• Strong ownership mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a team environment.
