Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption & Enablement Consultant

Role Overview

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption & Enablement Consultant to support enterprise users and leadership teams in adopting and maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI productivity tools.

Role Purpose

This role exists to connect organizational leaders and employees with AI capabilities by translating Microsoft 365 Copilot functionality into practical business use cases, delivering engaging learning experiences across all organizational levels, and driving adoption through behavior change rather than technical instruction alone.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Enablement

• Deliver engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity capabilities.
• Develop and deliver workshops tailored to different audiences, from end users and champions to Directors, VPs, MDs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Customize training content based on audience needs, business context, and level of technical knowledge.
• Create innovative demonstrations, exercises, scenarios, and learning materials that make AI concepts easy to understand and apply.

Business Alignment & Use Case Development

• Translate Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities into real-world business use cases relevant to different functions and job profiles.
• Understand how different business functions operate and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, communication, reporting, and daily workflows.
• Demonstrate practical use cases across Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Engage confidently with senior management and facilitate discussions around AI opportunities and business value.

Adoption & Change Management

• Support organizations in driving AI adoption and behavioral change, rather than simply delivering technical training.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to support successful Copilot adoption.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI ecosystem and continuously introduce new use cases and ideas.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously improve the adoption and enablement approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, AI productivity, or Microsoft 365 training and adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity.
• Experience delivering workshops or presentations to senior management and executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI use cases.
• Experience working with multinational organizations or enterprise clients.

Additional Information

Desirable Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or relevant Microsoft 365 and AI certifications.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI, or other Generative AI tools.
• Experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, or workplace transformation.
• Arabic language skills.
• Russian or another Eastern European language.
