Role Overview

MHE Operator at AWR Group. This role supports daily warehouse operations using material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.

Role Purpose

To operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse picking, binning, and logistics operations while maintaining equipment standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Power Pallet Trucks to support picking and binning activities.
• Unload and load containers using Forklifts as required.
• Keep and remove material at racks in the warehouse using material handling equipment.

Equipment Maintenance & Inspection

• Perform physical checking of equipment daily as per provided checklist before starting work.
• Regularly clean and maintain Forklifts and Reach Trucks.

Warehouse Operations

• Support daily warehouse operations including picking and binning activities.
• Participate in annual stock count activities.
• Assist with housekeeping activities as required.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all safety policies while operating equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School / HSC level education.
• One or two years of Forklift or Reach Truck driving experience is preferable.
• Valid UAE Forklift Driving Licence.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to speak Hindi.
• Ability to read English.
• English language proficiency.
