Role Overview

Merchandiser at Napco National. The role is responsible for shelves visibility, product pricing, product positioning on shelves and conducting call cycles to serve all trades.

Role Purpose

Ensure optimal shelf visibility, accurate product pricing, correct product positioning, and maintain consistent call cycles across all trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

Point of Sale & Shelf Management

• Install POS materials.
• Implement sales planograms and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements.
• Ensure all company products in all sizes and all packing are present on shelves.
• Ensure no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves, returning defected ones to the company.

Pricing & Inventory

• Ensure correctness in shelf prices.
• Perform price fishing when needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the POS.

Reporting & Documentation

• Report competitor movement to the merchandising unit head.
• Fill up customer card properly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School degree.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in similar and related field.
