Member Consultation & Sales

• Consult with prospective members on membership options and benefits tailored to their fitness goals and lifestyle.
• Address member barriers to fitness, including time and motivation concerns.
• Drive membership sales and conversions.

Member Experience

• Deliver world-class customer service reflecting Fitness First's commitment to warmth and convenience.
• Educate members on club facilities, unlimited complimentary classes, and the Good Vibes program added value benefits.
• Support members in connecting with the club's connected fitness platform and innovative fitness products.
