Role Purpose

Oversee the comprehensive modernization of health insurance core systems, serving as the primary point of accountability for business outcomes, timelines, and value delivery in the transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Leadership

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of the medical core system transformation program
• Translate enterprise strategy into a clear, phased transformation roadmap with defined MVPs and legacy system decommissioning plans

Medical Domain Ownership

• Own the transformation across key medical domains including claims adjudication, policy and benefits configuration, and provider management

Stakeholder Management & Integration

• Manage stakeholder alignment across business, clinical, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new systems
• Communicate effectively across executive, technical, and operational levels

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs within insurance or healthcare organizations
• Deep expertise in medical core systems, claims processing, policy administration, and benefits management
• Strong program and change management capabilities with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
