Role Overview

Matching Accountant at Ninja. The role is based at company stores requiring invoice management and financial record maintenance.

Role Purpose

Manage and verify invoices for accuracy, record financial data in Excel, and maintain proper documentation across assigned company stores.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management

• Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all invoice information is correct before entering it into the system.
• Handle accounting tasks related to assigned company stores.

Records & Documentation

• Record and maintain invoice data in Excel.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Eligible to obtain membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
