Role Overview

Marshall at Burjline Builders. This role supports crowd movement, access management, and general operational coordination across a large-scale project.

Role Purpose

To direct and manage visitor and personnel movement, maintain safe and orderly crowd flow, provide clear directions and information, and coordinate operational activities with supervisors, Security, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Crowd Management & Movement

• Direct visitors, pedestrians, and personnel within assigned areas.
• Support crowd management and orderly movement.
• Assist with access and movement during busy periods.

Access & Monitoring

• Monitor entrances, exits, queues, and designated operational areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors, Security, and Operations teams.

Safety & Communication

• Provide clear directions and basic information.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.

Service Delivery

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management, or operational support preferred.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken English.
• Arabic language skills preferred.
• Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with the public.
• Able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
